I am finally getting around to blogging Crew's Room =)
Here is a lil bit about how we decorated it and below you can see links to
a ton of the items!
We knew from the moment we got pregnant we didn't want a "baby" room.
We wanted something fun and a bit whimsical and modern!
We managed to get a beautiful pottery barn gray crib from my in laws
and the rest of his furniture we refurbished from Craigslist!
We spray painted a changing table from craigslist bright yellow and then to showcase all his wonderful goodies I found a white cabinet on craigslist and merchandised it with all his fun clothes, books, and shoes!
We played with a ton of color in his room, lake blue walls, pale gray crib, bright yellow changer
and then fun patterns everywhere =)
Probably not practical for the long haul, but right now it works :)
and reminds me of a anthropologie cabinet!
I got an old shelve from a library and filled it with his lil baby socks
and a circle egg basket to hold all his receiving blankets!
We got a gray ikea area rug super cheap =) and a red FAT Boy from Gilt groupe!
Bedding from Dwell studio and his mobile from Anthropologie!
All this art work on the wall is from Etsy or Rifle Paper Co. and a poster of Catcher and the Rye (since he is named after Holden Caulfield)!
Overall I love how his room came together, it was definitely a huge labor of love & so worth it!
Left: C- craft letter from Paper Source, Vintage chalkboard from flea market, Hat Print from Rifle Paper Co. Crying is for Babies print from Etsy

It's so beautiful! I love how it's different to most baby's rooms - it's not empty and waiting to be filled, it already has so many wonderul things that will grow with him.
Perfect room for such an adorable little boy!
Coolest baby room ever! Seriously this is just amazing :) I love all the details.
This is by far the cutest 'little man' room I've ever seen! You should be a set designer.. I adore all of the lil' details. Super cute!

Gurl, this room is off da hook! Don't be surprised if some of those posters show up on my babies' walls (which will be in the distant future...but still).
So awesome. Seriously. Absolutely cool, funky, interesting, personal... awesome. I'd love to live in that room and explore all the books and toys you've got in there. It'll be fun to see pics of Crew enjoying them soon!
