Spoiled

I must admit. I have never been a “lucky” person. Really. Ever.
And I was fine with it, but last week I swear my luck changed.
Okay I should really shut my mouth before I completely jinx myself.
So I briefly blogged about our fun shoot a couple weeks ago (post still to come)

with a super fun photographer and this past week the hubby and I

had ANOTHER shoot to model for, this time for the wonderful DrewB!
I met Drew when she shot my Bf’s Wedding in August

(sooo gorgeous, check out the pics here)

and was immediately smitten.
She was just sooooo sweet and she instantly became one of my favorite photographers!
Drew started offering mentoring sessions for other photogs this year

(I booked one right away, stay tuned, it will be in a couple weeks!)

and it’s just the raddest thing ever.
So Drew was mentoring Megan Ann and needed some models for the session,

the hubster and I jumped at the opportunity!
(Well I primarily jumped, and he kindly agreed – yup best hubby ever!)

I *ever so gracefully* climbed over the rail and hopped onto the platform for this shot,

being behind the lens just makes me so much more aware of the things you do to MAKE A SHOT :)

Also since our shoot was kind of a "Day After" type of shoot
I decided to dress kind of Avante Garde Bridal (well for me at least!)
And I have to thank Chelsea over @ OH MY DEER Handmades
for the gorgeous tulle flowers with feathers & veil she created for me!
Seriously Brides get a piece, you will totally still wear it once your wedding is over :)
